Leadership Mentoring
Since its inception, the CFHLA Leadership Mentoring Program has provided rising hospitality professionals with valuable opportunities for career growth and leadership development. Launched in 2022, the program was designed to equip mid-level leaders with essential skills to advance within Central Florida’s hospitality industry. The inaugural class paired eight participants with 16 experienced mentors from CFHLA Lodging and Allied Member businesses.
The program continues to thrive. In 2025, Class IV saw 16 individuals complete the program, each benefiting from mentorship by at least two industry professionals. Participants engaged in skill-building activities focused on leadership management, public speaking, networking, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
Congratulations to the Class IV 2025 program graduates and to the 30 dedicated mentors who generously invested their time to support the next generation of leaders in Central Florida’s Hospitality and Tourism Industry. We look forward to seeing the next group of leaders succeed in Class V this year.
